All correspondence is done via email and couriers (if necessary). Personal appointments can be done at clients request; a travelling fee per km becomes applicable.

5. Provide 2 – 3 options (should you not have a precise idea)
6. You choose an option
7. Corresponding until product complete and client satisfied
8. Balance of account to be settled.
